Builder turned
Cyber Monarch is the independent practice of a former CTO who moved from building systems to breaking them, to protect them better.
The story
- 2015
- Full-stack engineer, then CTO of two startups
- 2020
- Moves into offensive security, purple teaming & DevSecOps
- Today
- Missions across four regions. One man army, worldwide.
I started in tech in 2015, building products as a full-stack engineer and later as CTO of two startups. In 2020, I moved into cybersecurity, and brought an end-to-end understanding of how systems are built, attacked and defended.
Today I help organizations strengthen their detection capabilities, secure their applications and infrastructures, and modernize their technical ecosystems, combining adversary tradecraft, secure development and automation.
My missions span Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Americas, for banking groups, retail leaders and international organizations. The approach stays the same: pragmatic, precise and aligned with the business.
One man army. Worldwide. We secure. We build. We protect.

The rules of engagement
Written authorization
No test starts without a signed scope and authorization.
Confidentiality
Findings stay between us. NDA available on request.
Insured
Professional liability insurance (RC Pro).
Direct access
You always talk to the person doing the work.
Be honorable
Honor is the rule of the game. Deal straight and everyone wins. Play games and it costs. On our side, the same code: attacker skills used only to protect, every test authorized, every finding kept confidential, and every client, from a small business to a large enterprise, treated with the same rigor.
